北京工业大学新型功能材料教育部重点实验室

---新型功能材料教育部重点实验室依托北京工业大学材料科学与工程学科进行建设，于2000年8月获教育部批准，2002年顺利通过教育部第一次评估，2007年教育部评估成绩优秀，2008年重点实验室换届。本届实验室主任为聂祚仁教授，学术委员会主任陈立泉院士（中科院物理所）。

--The Key Laboratory of Advanced Functional Materials, Ministry of Education of China, was authorized in August, 2000. The first time evaluation by the Ministry of Education of China was in 2002. The recent evaluation was in 2007, and the laboratory was estimated as “Excellent” by the Ministry of Education. The current leader of the laboratory is Professor Zuoren Nie, from the College of Materials Science and Engineering, Beijing University of Technology. The current chairman of the Academic Committee of the laboratory is Professor Liquan Chen, the Academician of the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

   重点实验室以生态环境材料及应用科学为核心，主要针对如下五个方向的基础科学和应用基础科学问题展开研究：（1）材料LCA与节能减排；（2）难熔金属与稀土材料；（3）新型轻合金；（4）磁光电功能材料及其节能防污应用科学；（5）绿色连接材料与工程科学及结构评估。
